My name is Sobhish Balakrishnan. I live in Calicut.

I started my career as an Accounts Assistant after my B.Com.

Then I moved to a Credit Analyst role for a leading bank's back office in Calicut.

In 2005, I got selected for a Process Associate position with Genpact.

Later in 2008 I moved to IBM as a Finance Lead.

Supported various roles including ops manager, people manager, commercial manager,

Digital Transformation Project manager roles during my tenure supporting clients across Americas, EMEA and APAC.

Recognized with 20+ recognitions in 18 years of my career including 2 external awards.
